Krista Oldfield is a global alternative-investments professional with deep experience in institutional capital strategy, investor relations, strategic positioning, and global market access. Through Marbeau Group LLC, she works with investment managers, companies, and projects to strengthen capital readiness and positioning, access institutional capital, and enter new markets. Her prior firms include I Squared Capital, Lee Equity Partners, Karsch Global Credit, and Compass Group.

Krista serves on the HFA Global Board and chairs the Miami-Dade Beacon Council’s Finance Industry Advisory Council, supporting regional economic development. She is also an active speaker and moderator, and her additional board service extends to the arts. Krista holds a B.A. from Oberlin College and completed postgraduate studies in Computer Science at DePaul University and in negotiation at Harvard Law School.
