Rick has more than 10+ years’ experience consulting businesses on payroll, benefits, labor law compliance, strategic HR initiatives, and a host of back-office matters, too many to mention here. The past six years Rick has specialized in advising boutique investment firms in the NYC Tri-State region, while supporting firms across the US and others with global ambitions.

Born and raised in Upstate NY (Binghamton area), Rick graduated from Ithaca College with a degree in Journalism and Spanish. Post graduation, Rick spent time teaching English to primary school children in Spain.

Upon returning from Spain, Rick combined his interviewing skills and education experience to embark on a consulting career in the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) industry. Rick began honing his craft with Paychex in 2014, then secured a move to TriNet in 2018, where he primarily focused on working with investment funds. In 2019, Rick was introduced to the Hedge Fund Association and has regulary attended events ever since. In January 2025, Rick joined one of the largest and fastest growing companies you may not have heard of yet, VensureHR.

Rick is passionate about football (soccer), is a big supporter of Manchester United, and enjoys staying active through hiking, snowboarding, soccer, and golfing as often as possible.
