Rob has spent nearly 30 years providing specialized tax and consulting expertise in asset management. He has deep experience in serving hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, and various fund structures, advising clients on a wide range of issues and strategies, from fund formation and operations to complex tax matters and regulatory changes. He has also worked with leading international and national firms in Denver and the Greater Washington, D.C. area and is an active speaker and writer on industry topics. He also currently serves as a Global Board Member of the Hedge Fund Association.

Rob is most passionate about his volunteer work with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. He has been involved with the M.S. Society in various capacities for over 30 years. He has served as treasurer of the board of trustees for the Colorado–Wyoming chapter and is currently on the board of trustees of the Greater D.C.–Maryland chapter.

He is a graduate of the University of Delaware, Newark, with a B.S. degree in accounting. He is a licensed CPA in New Jersey, New York, Delaware, and Virginia.
